01Who we are

DIGITECH Web Design LLC (“DIGITECH”, “we”, “us”) is a web design and search marketing agency based at 7703 N. Lamar Blvd. Suite 510, Austin, Texas 78752. This policy covers the website at digitechwebdesignaustin.com and the ways you can contact us through it.

Questions about this policy can be sent to info@digitechaustin.com or raised by phone at 512-653-3003.

02What we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you give us. When you fill in a contact or analysis request form you share your name, email address and, if you choose, your company, phone number, website and a description of what you want to achieve.
  • Information collected automatically. Our hosting and analytics tools record the pages you visit, the time of the visit, the page that referred you, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and the browser and device you use.
  • Information from cookies and similar technologies. See the cookies section below.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, health records or other sensitive information through the website.

03How we use it

We use the information you give us to reply to your inquiry, prepare the Search Opportunity Analysis you asked for, and follow up about the services you expressed interest in.

We use automatically collected information to understand how the site is used, keep it secure, fix problems and improve the pages that matter to visitors.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

04Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to work, for example to remember a form you started. Others help us measure traffic.

Analytics cookies are set by our analytics provider and record anonymised usage data. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some forms may not remember what you entered.

Where we run advertising campaigns, advertising platforms may set cookies on our pages to measure whether a visit led to an inquiry. Those platforms publish their own privacy policies and opt-out tools.

05Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our business: hosting, email, analytics, form handling and customer relationship software. They process it on our instructions and under contract.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

06How long we keep it

Inquiry details are kept for as long as we need them to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship plus the period required by tax and accounting rules.

Analytics data is kept in aggregate form. Individual visit records are deleted or anonymised on the schedule set by our analytics provider.

07Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@digitechaustin.com and we will respond within thirty days.

You can stop receiving follow-up emails at any time by replying with “unsubscribe” or using the link in the email.

Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including Texas, have additional rights to access, correct, delete and port their data and to opt out of certain processing. We honour those requests regardless of where you live.

08Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are protected against automated abuse and stored with the providers named above, each of which maintains its own security program. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Children

This site is for businesses and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Material changes are announced on this page before they take effect.
