OVERVIEW & OBJECTIVE

Stream is an end-to-end, full-service commercial real estate services provider working for owners, investors, and tenants. Covering some of the most active real estate markets coast to coast, they have grown from two co-founders in Dallas, Texas, to over 1,200 talented individuals across the nation. Stream came to DIGITECH looking for a totally new website design using new branding elements and content.

The Solution

DIGITECH worked with the Stream Realty team to create a rebranded, dynamic content experience that allows their viewers to get a better picture of what Stream is working on, their recent achievements and much more. This large site was cumbersome and confusing to use in the past, but now has a simplified navigation and mega menu that provides users an easy way to access the information they are looking for.
